- Ensure compliance with AS9100D / ISO 9001 standards across all functions
- Plan, conduct, and close Internal Quality Audits and support external audits (customer, certification, regulatory)
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with department heads for implementation and effectiveness of QMS processes
- Conduct QMS awareness and training programs for employees
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper control of documents, revisions, and records as per QMS requirements
- Track non‑conformances, root cause analysis, and effectiveness checks
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare related data and reports
- Interface with customers, auditors, and certification bodies on QMS matters
- Ensure alignment of QMS with statutory, customer, and aerospace regulatory requirements
- Educational QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / AS9100) – Preferred
- Experience1–5 years of experience in QMS (Aerospace / Manufacturing environment preferred)
- Practical exposure to AS9100D / ISO 9001 implementation and audits
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001 standards
- Documentation and audit skills
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and process improvement techniques
- Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- MS Excel, Word, and basic data analysis skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and compliance‑oriented mindset
