Quality Manager/Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Management: Own the entire quality lifecyclecovering inward (incoming), on-line (in-process), and outward (finished) goods manufactured for the auto-components industry.
• Standards Benchmarking & Implementation: Define and benchmark rigorous quality standards, translate them into actionable shop-floor processes, and oversee their successful implementation.
• Reporting & Documentation: Create comprehensive quality reports, track performance metrics, and document compliance across all manufacturing stages.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Promptly identify, investigate, and report quality deviations to internal management and external customers when issues arise
