Quality Manager (Beverage Can Manufacturing)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To check, approve and qualify the Product as per standard technical specifications, Perform Inspections, checks and tests as per Sampling plan and release the Product.
• Analyzing measured data and recording and reporting the non-conformance in the system. Controlling the non-conforming products and formulating of corrective and preventive actions to be taken as needed in the event of a product non-conformity.
• Reviewing of the process capability through SPC data provided.
• Ensure maintaining measurement Gauges, records, charts, reports & related documents.
• Checking and monitoring the performance of the set standard product parameters as basis of achieving the quality level required by standards and the customers requirements.
• Conducting product audits to ensure and maintain quality products.
• Setting up activities and schedules for the department’s activities.
• Handling of customers inquiries related to quality.
• Maintaining a record of customer complaints and objections and overseeing the process for customer complaint processing
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Conducting of on-site investigation related to product quality concerns.
• Responsible for handling the Customer complaints raised by Sales dept., visiting the Customer sites to resolve the On-site issues.
• Coordinating with other Can Pack Group companies concerning quality matters.
• Performing other necessary activities that may arise from time to time.
• Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications
• Establishing in cooperation with sales department, standards of service for customers or clients.
• Ensure and monitor all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and FSSC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.

Qualification: Any Graduate
