Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Management Representative role is based at the DOITER CASTINGS facility in Coimbatore. The role involves monitoring and maintaining quality standards for aluminum die-cast and machined auto parts, including overseeing inspection processes and supporting internal and external audits. The representative will manage customer complaints, coordinate root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality. Daily tasks include preparing and updating quality documentation, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with company and industry quality requirements. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and provides regular reporting on quality performance metrics.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Quality Management and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems (IATF, EMS, OHSAS).
• Knowledge of IMS Implementation
• Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal and external audits.
• Candidates should possess Documentation skills for creating, maintaining, and controlling quality records, procedures, and reports.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field are preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001, 18001) and familiarity with die-casting and machining processes are beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and basic quality tools (e.g., Pareto, 5 Why, Fishbone) are advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
