Quality Junior Engineer II

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer quality concerns.
• Well versed with Injection molded plastic part Quality defects and quality checks.
• Receive, document, and analyze customer complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate timely responses and resolutions to customer issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate product or service issues.
• Conduct RCA using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, etc.
• Develop and track corrective and preventive action plans.
• Identify patterns and improvement opportunities from customer data.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations to enhance product reliability.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

Language Skill:

• English communication skills preferred
• Telugu Mandatory
