Role & responsibilities
- Act as the companys on-site Quality Representative at the contract manufacturing (CM) facility.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications, process parameters, and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to SOP for compliance with GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.
- Perform in-process checks for critical parameters (mix preparation, pasteurization, freezing, hardening, packaging).
- Verify daily quality records, checklists, and logs.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal food safety standards.
