Quality Inspector - Noida and Daman -(12 hrs shift) - E

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to perform routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. The role will ensure that products meet defined quality standards and specifications while identifying and controlling non-conforming materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials as per defined specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular in-process quality inspections during production shifts.
• Inspect finished goods and ensure quality clearance before dispatch.
• Check product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and other specified parameters.
• Record inspection results accurately in inspection sheets and quality registers.
• Identify, report, segregate, and tag rejected or defective materials/products.
• Raise and communicate non-conformities to the concerned Production and Quality teams.
• Maintain inspection records, sample records, and quality documentation.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality defects.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and inspection standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and quality practices on the shop floor.
