Quality Incharge - Garment Company experience required

Role & responsibilities

A Quality In charge is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement

• Arrange internal PPM in production floor with in-line QC, supervisor & floor in-charge.
• At the PPM time follow the PPM file & correct PPS.
• First output (5pcs) checked against tech-pack & PPS and preprayer the report.
• Implementing and sustain quality control processes.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and to monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures.
• Developing and implementing corrective & preventing action.
• Hourly In-line Qc report review and control line DHU.
• Identify critical operations style wise at the PPM time and take care during the production.
• Manpower utilization properly.
• Working with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the production process meet quality standards.
• Communication & coordination with all employees and ensuring that all are understand the importance of quality and how to maintain it.
• Complains and 5s check
• Ensuring Proper Usage of Eye guard, Needle Guard and avoid blockages of yellow lin
