Quality Head

A.R. Thermosets Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur, part of the GKG Group, is a road technology and infrastructure company focused on road construction, preservation and rehabilitation solutions. The company specializes in bitumen emulsions, modified bitumen, microsurfacing, pavement recycling, overlays, road construction and road safety products.

The company also focuses on cold-mix and sustainable road technologies, including technology development and collaboration with CSIR-CRRI for cold recycling solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead overall QA/QC activities for road projects.
• Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC, IS codes, drawings & specifications.
• Approve and monitor material testing and site quality checks.
• Supervise laboratory, QC engineers and testing teams.
• Conduct inspections, audits and quality control procedures.
• Monitor earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and pavement works.
• Review ITP, QAP, method statements and test reports.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Client/PMC/Consultants on quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation and prepare QA/QC reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 - 8+ years of QA/QC experience in road/highway construction.
• Strong knowledge of MoRTH, IRC & IS standards.
• Experience in NHAI/State PWD/PMGSY projects preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of road material and pavement testing.
• Experience managing QA/QC teams and site laboratories.
• Strong knowledge of QAP, ITP, WIR, NCR and test procedures.
• Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
