Quality Head- Textile- Kalyan Mumbai - Accommodation Can Be provided

• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Inspect raw materials, fabrics, trims and finished products.
• Conduct fabric and garment quality inspections and identify defects.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Conduct testing for fabric parameters such as GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness, strength, etc.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring quality problems.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure production processes comply with company and customer quality requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of textile manufacturing and quality processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
• Ability to work closely with production teams and meet deadlines
