Job Description

• Conduct daily audits and evaluate process quality.
• Discuss audit results with stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify training needs and perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for agents.
• Ensure regular follow-up and close looping with Operations teams.
• Achieve monthly performance targets.
• Participate in weekly calibrations and team meetings.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and take initiatives to improve process quality.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, dependability, and flexibility.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
