Quality Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sampling of Raw Materials, Finished Products, and In-process Materials as per SOP.
• Handling, operation, and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, pH Meter, and other laboratory equipment.
• Performing Wet Chemical Analysis and ensuring accuracy in test results.
• Maintaining all QC documents, test records, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensuring adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety practices during laboratory activities.
• Knowledge and working experience of SAP for recording test results, material status updates, and related QC activities.
• Coordination with Production, QA, and other departments for timely sample testing.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and calibration status of instruments and working area.
• Supporting in investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT results, and preparation of related reports.
• Any other QC-related task assigned by the department head.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field.
• 45 years of experience in Quality Control in chemical/pharma industry.
• Good knowledge of analytical techniques, wet analysis, and laboratory practices.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
