Quality Executive

We are seeking an experienced Quality Executive to join our Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine line daily routine checking, observation and problem analysis and resolving.
• Prepare action plan for corrective and preventive actions for rejection.
• Prepare rejection targets for controlling the process.
• Maintain the work as per ISO system and maintain ISO system.
• Machine Line QA staff shift plan and training.
• Prepare the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for better communication with the management.
• Responsible person of the Machine Line QC circle team to achieve the goal decided by the team.
• Process Capability study of CTQs.
• Shift Management & evaluation of subordinates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Work exposure in Machine shop.
• Knowledge of Line process and working methods.
• Hands on knowledge of Roundness machine, Roughness machine, CMM, Microscope.
• Knowledge of Quality system, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA
• Good command on MS Office

Work Experience: 8+ Years

Educational Qualification: BE - Mechanical
