Quality Executive - Vadgaon

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Executive to join our team in Vadgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of products.


• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.


• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.


• Train and guide junior staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.


• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, audit findings, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.


• Proven experience in quality control and assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO standards and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
