We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Executive to monitor product quality, factory hygiene, and food safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures and food safety guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine factory inspections and quality checks during production.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and SOPs.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support final product, packaging, and dispatch inspections.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring quality issues.
- Monitor factory housekeeping, sanitation, and employee hygiene practices.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Support the implementation of HACCP procedures and applicable food safety requirements.
- Monitor storage conditions and report potential contamination risks.
- Ensure adherence to factory quality standards and workplace safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to work on the factory floor.
- Ability to coordinate with production and quality teams.
