Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. The day also includes defining and applying quality processes and methodologies, monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, and ensuring effective resolution of defects to uphold product excellence.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices within the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and support their professional growth.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with defect management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
