Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Potential Work
Responsible for supporting the existing core FSO platform functionality while also extending the platform capability via feature implementations. Contributes towards ServiceNow software releases via delivery of configuration tasks and features. Collaborates with scoped app team on installations of integrations and plug-ins as needed. Support incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.
Required:
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA)
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
Preferred:
4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations preferably in financial domain
Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM/FSO
