Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing activities, manages defect resolution, and evaluates key performance metrics to maintain and improve the overall quality process, fostering collaboration across teams to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines involving automated testing.
• Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
