Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices. Engaging with your team, you will foster an environment of innovation and excellence, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of all project initiatives. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.- Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks.- Experience in developing and executing performance test plans.- Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.- Familiarity with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
