Quality Engineering Analyst

Requirements:

• QA/Testing experience with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) implementation, migration, modernization, or support.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, test management, release management, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, database testing, data validation, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in API/Web Services testing using Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
• Experience in production support, incident management, SLA adherence, and service improvements.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders for requirements validation and UAT support.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
• Knowledge of quality metrics, risk management, audit compliance, and release governance.
• Experience in Production Support, incident management, SLA tracking, and RCA.
• Exposure to requirement analysis, business process mapping, and UAT support.
• Knowledge of Test Data Management and Environment Management.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across US and India insurance markets.
• Exposure to Test Automation and cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of large-scale data migration validation and PAS modernization/conversion programs.
• Life Insurance certifications (FLMI, ALMI, LOMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in Mobile Testing, digital channels, customer portals, and agent applications.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-based testing, quality analytics, and defect prediction.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Testing, Security Testing, and Production Validation.
