Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking and reporting issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements that optimize the overall testing framework and product reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes and automation scripts.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality engineering practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, and security testing.
• Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and techniques for effective issue reporting and resolution.
• Capability to participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
