Quality Engineer

Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Summary: As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the application lifecycle. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in the testing process, contributing to the overall success of the project and product quality.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to enhance testing frameworks and automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Python (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation strategies for complex software applications.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
