Quality Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Engineer with knowledge of industrial valve inspection, dimensional verification, material testing and pressure testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming material, in-process and final inspections.

Verify dimensional accuracy of valve bodies, bonnets, nozzles, discs and other components.

Review Material Test Certificates and ensure material traceability.

Prepare Inspection and Test Plans, inspection reports and quality documentation.

Witness and record hydrostatic, pneumatic, set pressure and seat leakage tests.

Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments and pressure gauges.

Coordinate with third-party inspectors and customers during inspections.

Prepare NCRs and assist with corrective actions.

Support implementation of ASME UV quality requirements.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of API 527, API 598 and applicable ASME standards.

Familiarity with vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges and other measuring instruments.

Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Knowledge of dimensional inspection, testing and quality records.

Preferred: Experience in industrial valve or pressure relief valve Manufacturing
