Quality Engineer

We have Openings For Quality Engineer

Location: Tambaram Mepz

Responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with company and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain quality standards in production.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Work with Production and Engineering teams on process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• 15 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and ISO 9001.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
