About this role
- Responsible for managing new product development activities from concept to launch.
- Prepare and review product drawings, BOMs, and design-related documents.
- Ensure effective implementation of engineering changes (ECN/PCN).
- Interact with customers for technical discussions and feedback.
- Support prototype development and validation processes.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.
- Assist in cost reduction, value engineering, and Kaizen activities.
- Understand and analyze customer technical requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documents as per AIAG and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support continual improvement initiatives.
- Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, and support in creating Control Plans.
