About this role
Role Objective:
The GET will be responsible for day-to-day quality checks, data collection, and supporting continuous
improvement initiatives to ensure fabric produced from looms meets company and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Process Monitoring & Inspection
B. Data Recording & Reporting
C. Continuous Improvement
D. Coordination & Communication
Key Skills Required:
a) Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles and textile process flow.
b) Proficiency in MS Excel / Word for data logging and analysis.
c) Good analytical and observation skills.
d) Team coordination and communication ability.
Growth Path:
On successful completion of the training period (12 months), the GET will be considered for the
role of Quality - Engineer based on performance evaluation and technical competency.
Ensure 100% accurate and timely quality data reporting across all departments.
