Customer support for Ev Customers .
- In-process Quality of EV Line .
- Customer concern handling and on site visit.
- Warranty of EV
- NPD/APQP activities QA .
- Safe launch inspection activities for EV products .
- SOP updation as per Internal/Customer concerns
- SPC study for EV wheels.
- PFMEA & Control plan review .
- Internal trainings .
- Daily defect monitoring and work with CFT to improve it.
- Lead Customer Process and system audits for EV .
- Managing quality manpower For Ev inspection .
- Plan and Facilitate Resources for Quality inspection and other related activities.
