About this role
Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems Leadership
- Own and govern the regional Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements
- Standardize processes across sites, including document control, audits, and change management
- Drive system harmonization and digital transformation initiatives across the region
- Ensure effective deployment and adoption of quality tools and systems
Analytics Insights
- Develop and lead the regional quality analytics strategy, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis
- Partner with IT and data teams to enhance data architecture, automation, and visualization capabilities
Performance Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators across all sites
- Lead root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions for major quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Support sites in achieving operational excellence and cost-of-quality improvements
Governance Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
- Lead regional audit readiness and support internal/external audits
- Maintain strong governance over quality processes and data accuracy
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with site Quality Managers, Operations leaders, and functional teams to drive alignment and execution
- Act as the regional liaison to global quality and corporate teams
- Influence leadership through data-driven recommendations and insights
