About this role
- Inspect incoming materials, machined components, assemblies, and finished machine tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and customer specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and suppliers to resolve quality problems.
- Ensure machines meet customer-specific requirements and quality standards.
- Support customer inspections, machine testing, audits, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain calibration and quality records.
