- Conduct regular product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (8D) and implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, protocols, and reports.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of PPAP process, wiring harness quality control, and line inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in performing incoming quality checks on products such as PCBs, cables, connectors etc.
