POSHS Cinoti Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Quality Engineer for our manufacturing plant at Asawali, Khandala, Satara, Maharashtra.
Position Details

00002. Position: Quality Engineer
00003. Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical
00004. Experience: 2–5 Years
00005. Salary: 3.50 – 5.00 LPA
00006. Location: Asawali, Tal. Khandala, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
00001.
00002. Quality inspection of cutting, bending, rolling, fit-up & welding.
00003. Interpret fabrication/engineering drawings & specifications.
00004. In-process & final inspection of fabricated components.
00005. Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
Handle NCR (Non-Conformity Report) & customer complaints, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) , CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action( , PCA (Problem Counter Measure).
00006. Maintain inspection reports, calibration records and quality MIS/ KPI
00007. Incoming inspection of raw materials & bought-out components.
00008. Monitor process quality and drive rejection/rework reduction.
00009. Coordinate with Production,Stores, Painting , Dispatch , Purchase, Design, Suppliers & Customers.( CFT - Cross fumctional Team )
00010. Use AutoCAD for drawing interpretation.
