Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the Fine jewellery manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct quality inspections at incoming, in-process, and final stages of production.
• Monitor product quality across casting, filing, assembling, soldering, polishing, stone setting, finishing, and packing processes.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze rejection, rework, repair, and customer complaint data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish quality checkpoints and inspection criteria for each production stage.
• Approve first-off samples, pilot batches, and final product releases.
• Ensure jewellery dimensions, weight, finish, polish, solder quality, stone alignment, and overall craftsmanship meet specifications.
• Train production and quality teams on inspection standards, defect prevention, and quality awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Required Experience of atleast 5-6 years in Jewellery Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent is preferred.
• Jewellery manufacturing or Gemology certification is an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills.
