About this role
- The QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards by monitoring, inspecting, and improving production processes.
- The role involves conducting tests, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Identify defects and analyze root causes
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant quality standards
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
