Quality Engineer with GenAI

Role & responsibilities

Quality Engineer (QE):

• Defines automated and manual testing strategies for AI + deterministic workflows.

• Tests nondeterministic behaviour: agent actions, tool use, safety boundaries, hallucination guardrails.-deterministic behaviour: agent actions, tool-use, safety boundaries, hallucination guardrails.

• Creates synthetic and real-world test scenarios across edge cases and risk conditions.-world test scenarios across edge cases and risk conditions.

• Ensures observability, telemetry and monitoring criteria are validated before deployment.
