Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, your day involves ensuring the quality of software solutions by carefully executing tests based on detailed requirements and user stories. You design comprehensive test cases, meticulously identify and document any discrepancies or defects, and work closely with delivery teams to support the release of dependable and user-ready products. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of software reliability and user satisfaction through thorough validation processes. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and testing outcomes to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in designing and executing detailed test cases based on user requirements.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using testing tools.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure thorough validation of software solutions. Additional Information:
