Quality Engineer/ Sr. Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities Execute stage-wise QA/QC inspections for structural RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and architectural finishing for high-rise residential towers developments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Perform stage-wise structural quality checks (shuttering alignment, reinforcement detailing, concrete pouring, and curing).
• Conduct field and laboratory testing for concrete cubes, steel reinforcement, aggregates, cement, and blocks per IS codes.
• Inspect waterproofing systems, flooring, wall plaster, painting, and joinery against approved technical specifications.
• Prepare snagging lists, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), monitor corrective actions, and maintain Quality Inspection Checklists.
