Key Responsibilities
Product & Process Quality Assurance
- Ensure conformance of metallic and composite skin parts to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare inspection plans and review/approve First Article Inspection (FAI) reports as per AS9102 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer specifications.
Inspection & Verification
- Conduct and supervise:
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Customer Buy-Off Activities.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Faro Arm
- Bar Scanner
- Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
- Knowledge of Checking Fixtures.
