Quality Engineer/offier

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  
• Perform chemical testing and analysis using various instruments such as UV spectrophotometers, viscometers, etc. to detect deviations from standards.
  
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for flexible packaging processes to maintain high-quality output.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop solutions to address them.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant records.
