Quality Engineer-Machine Shop

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain CNC/CNC machines to ensure efficient production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using GD&T principles to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation of machine shop procedures, including work instructions, tooling designs, and maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in a machine shop environment or similar industry setting.
• Proficiency in operating conventional machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc. .
• Strong understanding of plating techniques (e.g., electroplating) and ability to troubleshoot issues related to plating operations.
• Knowledge of T&C Engineers' standards for quality control systems (CPK).
