About this role
- Key Responsibilities
- Review customer assessment questionnaires, audit forms, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and complete customer assessment documents along with all supporting records and certifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to collect required information and documentation.
- Establish and manage document submission processes as per customer requirements.
- Obtain relevant internal documents and records to meet customer compliance and audit requirements.
- Support the Management Representative (MR) and Head of Quality in the preparation and submission of documents to customers.
- Prepare, revise, and maintain internal procedures, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and associated quality documentation.
- Ensure document control practices are followed in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Maintain organized records of customer submissions, approvals, and quality documents.
- Educational Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Engineering (D.E.) Mechanical Engineering.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Experience in preparing customer compliance and assessment documentation.
- Good knowledge of SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and document control systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in the Valve Manufacturing Industry
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality documentation, quality assurance, or quality systems.
- Familiarity with customer audits, assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Willing to relocate near the plant location with family.
