Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks on food products, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
  
• Perform regular store audits to identify areas for improvement in stock management, shrinkage control, and hygiene standards.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock reports to maintain accurate records of stock movements.
  
• Ensure adherence to QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) standards by conducting regular inspections of stores operations.
  
• Identify and report any deviations from established protocols or procedures related to food safety.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree with a background in Biology or equivalent qualification.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles, Hygiene practices, Food Safety regulations, Shrinkage Control measures, Stock Audit processes, Store Audit procedures, Quality Inspection techniques.
