Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing of digital courseware, educational content, and learning platforms.
• Review content for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and adherence to project requirements.
• Execute test cases and document defects using defect tracking tools.
• Validate functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Verify links, media assets, assessments, interactive elements, and learning activities.
• Conduct regression testing after issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, content teams, and developers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality metrics and testing documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and internal quality standards.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in educational publishing, e-learning, or digital content QA.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exposure to defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, XML, or web technologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing is an advantage.
