Shift Timings: General Shift - 09:00 AM TO 5:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of hydraulic cylinder components.
• Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Perform hydraulic pressure testing and leak testing of cylinders.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

• Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
• Raise NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and monitor corrective actions.
• Support PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, and other quality documentation activities.
• Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments and gauges. • Participate in internal audits, process audits, and customer audits.

• Analyze quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure traceability of materials and finished products. • Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce rejection.

• Monitor customer complaints and support problem-solving activities.

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/IATF quality management system requirements..
