About this role
Role & responsibilities
QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, traceability
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the seafood processing / fish freezing industry
Working knowledge of FDA and EU seafood regulations
Proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 food safety and traceability systems
Practical experience with Blast Freezing, Plate Freezing, and IQF (Individual Quick Freezing)
FDA & EU seafood regulations; HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000; QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, traceability
For one of the Leading Fish Meal and Oil Manufacturing Co. in Oman, exporting to major fish feed manufacturing clusters globally.
Salary ; OMR 350 - 400 plus all other benefits like Free Accommodation, Free Food etc.
