Quality Control Trainee

Role & responsibilities

* Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials as per approved specifications

* Perform in-process inspection during production and monitor defined quality parameters

* Carry out final inspection/testing of finished plastic granules before release

* Collect samples from production and prepare samples for laboratory testing as per SOP

* Operate QC laboratory/testing equipment after proper training

* Follow company SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, 5S and safety requirements

* Support internal/external audits and provide required QC records.

* Perform any other quality-related activities assigned by the QC/Quality Manager

Preferred candidate profile

* Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field.

* CIPET candidates with relevant plastics/polymer knowledge will be preferred.

* Willingness to work in shift operations.

* Candidates residing in or around Khed / Chakan / Rajgurunagar / Pune will be preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
