Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to manage and monitor quality control activities at our Oragadam plant. Candidates with relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Laboratory / Manufacturing will be preferred. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day Quality Control activities.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections as per defined standards.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for quality-related issues.
• Identify quality deviations and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Maintain laboratory/testing equipment and records, wherever applicable.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines within the plant.

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc / M.Sc qualification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers from the relevant field can also be considered.
• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work at the Oragadam Plant.
