Quality Control Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing of Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells (MSCs), exosomes, and associated biological products.
• Execute and document assays including flow cytometry, cell viability, sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, ELISA, qPCR, and cell-based potency assays.
• Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, test records, and QC documentation in compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.
• Support analytical method qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, laboratory compliance, equipment qualification, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and R&D teams to support product development and release activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• M.Sc./M.Tech. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines with

2+ years of hands-on QC experience , preferably in cell therapy, biologics, or GMP environments.

OR

• Fresh Ph.D. graduates in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Regenerative Medicine, or related fields with strong laboratory expertise and a passion for translational research.
