About this role
Role Purpose
effective QC/QA systems, driving continuous improvement, and reducing defects and rework .
Responsibilities
- Train shop floor personnel on quality standards
- Promote quality culture (5S, Kaizen).
- Handle customer complaints and warranty issues
- Participate in customer audits and quality reviews
- Conduct supplier audits and vendor quality improvement
- Continuous improvement mindset
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3 4 years of experience in Quality (manufacturing industry)
- Experience in Modular enclosure or sheet metal industry is preferred
