Quality Control (QC) Executive - Seafood Processing

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive to ensure product quality and food safety standards in our seafood processing facility. The role involves monitoring processes, inspections, and compliance with regulatory and export requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks at all stages of processing (raw material to final product)
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, and other food safety standards
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and processing conditions
• Maintain QC records, reports, and documentation
• Identify and report quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production team to ensure product specifications are met

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in seafood/food processing QC
• Knowledge of HACCP, quality systems, and export standards
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
