Quality Control Officer / Sr. Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using HPLC and other analytical instruments.
• Operate and manage chromatographic data using Empower Software.
• Ensure compliance with Good Chromatographic Practices (GCP), GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
• Review chromatograms, analytical data, and laboratory documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Carry out method execution, system suitability testing, and analytical troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve analytical issues related to HPLC instruments, methods, and software.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration coordination, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HPLC analysis within a pharmaceutical, API, formulation, or related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Empower Software.
• Sound understanding of Good Chromatographic Practices, data integrity, and laboratory compliance.
• Experience in troubleshooting HPLC systems and resolving analytical issues.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently handle HPLC instruments and analytical activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
